If submitters disagree with published analyses
then they are expected to promptly and publicly respond to those analyses.
Any attempt to privately lobby the selection-committee members
is contrary to the principles of public evaluation
and should be expected to lead to disqualification.
A submitter who believes that contacting the committee is required
should send email to the CAESAR secretary explaining the issue.
